The 10X Program is implemented by Outbox, UNCDF, Refactory Academy, and Women in Technology Uganda, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.
Overview:
The 10X Program is implemented by Outbox, UNCDF, Refactory Academy, and Women in Technology Uganda, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.
Through this partnership, Women in Technology Uganda is focused on inclusive digital skilling for over 4,800 young women and facilitating pathways to dignified digital economy work for at least 3,840 participants across Uganda.
The 10X Program equips young women and girls with practical digital skills, paired with structured employment readiness and job linkage support. The program prioritizes access, consistency, and real economic outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet all the criteria below:
- Female, aged 18 to 35
- Residing in Uganda
- Persons with Disabilities and refugees are strongly encouraged to apply
- Available for a 3-month training program, 2 hours per day, 3 to 4 days per week
- Able to speak, read, and write in English
- Commitment to learning and completion
